Home » Take a Look Inside Bethenny Frankel’s New $2.1 Million Vacation Home in Connecticut
Bethenny Frankel has purchased a $2.1 million dream vacation home in Greenwich, Connecticut!
It’s no secret that The Real Housewives of New York City alum is a real estate junkie. She’s been buying and selling homes for years and even had a show at one point titled Bethenny & Fredrik that focused on her real estate aspirations and followed the star as she was scouting, buying, and designing multimillion-dollar homes alongside Million Dollar Listing New York‘s Fredrik Eklund.
After selling both her New York City loft for $3.65 million and her Hamptons home for $2.28 million in early 2020, the Skinnygirl mogul has found the perfect place to escape the city with this beautiful, classic Colonial according to The New York Post. The five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home was built in 1945.
The airy, perfectly scaled living room has multiple sets of french doors, which lead to an expansive stone terrace, and the natural light they provide is second to none.
The eat-in marble-clad kitchen is simply perfection. Bethenny will have no trouble whipping up a fresh, healthy meal for her boyfriend, Paul Bernon.
The spacious master suite features a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and comfy seating area, and there’s still plenty of room to spare. The room is located on the second level and also has a large deck, which is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or a beautiful full moon at night.
The master bath maintains the same bright and airy feel as the rest of the house. It features double sinks, a huge walk-in shower, and a gorgeous, freestanding tub that will surely provide many relaxing bubble baths, especially with the enormous arched window that offers an amazing view just above.
The home also contains a huge bonus area, which I’m sure Bryn has already claimed. It’s the perfect place for a 10-year-old to keep her dolls or costumes when it’s time to play dress-up.
There’s also a custom wine cellar capable of holding thousands of bottles of wine bottles of Skinnygirl Margarita.
The stunning side yard features a beautiful pool enclosed with stone and a lush lawn surrounded by a classic white, picket fence.
The estate is privately tucked away from the street, and this close-up of the home just proves how charming this Colonial truly is.
Bethenny’s daughter Bryn, 10, will also have plenty of room to run around in the 4,698-square-foot house, which sits on 2.1 acres of land.
