Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn Reacts to News ‘Frenemy’ Chrishell Stause Has Joined Dancing With The Stars

Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn has reacted to the news that her co-star Chrishell Stause has signed up to take part in Dancing With The Stars.

It was announced yesterday that Chrishell would be taking part in the US version of Strictly Come Dancing alongside fellow Netflix reality star, Tiger King’s Carole Baskin.

Christine and Chrishell have a famously strained relationship in the docu-soap, although during the third season the frenemies seemed to have drawn a truce under their feud, with Chrishell attending Christine’s gothic Christmas wedding to husband Christian Richard.

Now, taking to Twitter after the news of the Days Of Your Lives actress’ new venture was announced, Christine offered up her opinion like the grateful queen she is.

Replying to someone asking her her opinion, Christine wrote: ‘I’m happy for her! Sounds fun!’

Anyone else imagining her saying this wearing 8-inch Louboutins and flicking her high-ponytail behind her back? No, just us?

A day after the news was first announced, Chrishell was pictured attending rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars with a distinct spring in her step.

Her stint on the show comes as her divorce from This Is Us star Justin Hartley brought the actress to wider international fame, with the split becoming the main focus of Selling Sunsets’s third season.

Speaking on her decision to join the cast of the competition, Chrishell said she agreed to take part since she had ‘nothing left to lose.’

Christine and Chrishell’s co-star Mary Fitzgerald has also admitted that a new run of episodes is ‘not certain’ at the moment.

Speaking to FUBAR Radio, Mary explained: ‘Netflix, they have their own way of doing everything and they have to see ratings, it takes them a certain amount of time and even if we’re all very confident that it’s going to get picked up, it’s done so much better than season one and two, so we’re pretty certain it’s going to but we don’t have the green light just yet.

‘I think season four will be really good if we get picked up.’

Selling Sunset is available to stream now via Netflix.
