Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause Says She is ‘Over’ Her Divorce From Justin Hartley and Moving ‘Onwards and Upwards’

Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause has been reflecting on her ‘tough’ divorce from ex Justin Hartley and has reassured fans she is now ‘moving onwards and upwards’.

Fans watching the Netflix series saw Chrishell blindsided by her ex, as he publicly announced he was filing for divorce just 45 minutes after brutally telling her himself via text. The pair had been married for just two years, before Justin filed for divorce in November and their highly-publicised split featured in season three of hit show Selling Sunset.

Appearing on ITV’s Good Morning Britain on Thursday, Chrishell was seen reflecting on her divorce and insisted she is now putting it all behind her. When asked how she is coping following the break up, Chrishell assured fans she was ‘over it’, as she referenced her Dancing With The Stars debut and joked: ‘Oh yeah, [I’m over it]. Now I’m dancing. I’ve got pro dancers teaching me dance moves every day.’

‘I definitely don’t have anything to complain about,’ she teased, before opening up and adding: ‘Unfortunately, that was really tough.’

‘But, that was a while ago now,’ she said. ‘Now we are moving onwards and upwards.’

Chrishell also touched on the Selling Sunset cast and teased that the cameras would have ‘plenty to pick up on’ as some may have now left the Oppenheim group.

She said: ‘A lot of us get along so well, it’s like a dysfunctional family There is some splintering happening in the group, but that’s real life.

‘I’m not going to sugar coat it. We’re not all friends, we don’t all get along. But we try to,’ she added, teasing: ‘Some people have left, the brokerage has split, if the cameras picked up now, there’s a lot to pick up on.’

Chrishell also revealed that she is now actually looking to buy a new home herself, but you won’t see her snapping up anything like the luxury houses she makes a living from selling.

‘I mean I’m actually looking to buy and I think that’s something I’ll allow the cameras to come with me for,’ she explained. ‘But, not on the scale that the show shows.

‘[The houses] are amazing, but, I personally, that’s not my style… I want to get something that feels more like a home… something that’s a bit more warm and cosy.

‘It’s not my style, but I love to sell those and get the commission.’

Selling Sunset is available to watch via catch up on Netflix.
