RHOC’s Kelly Dodd Secures Marriage License for Upcoming “Intimate” Wedding to Rick Leventhal

Kelly Dodd and Rick Leventhal are one step closer to tying the knot!

Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly announced on Tuesday that she and fiancé Rick procured their marriage license ahead of their wedding at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, where couples can get officially get married while courthouses remain closed amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“We got our marriage license today!!! I’m so excited to marry my ride or die,” Kelly captioned her Instagram post, as she and her beau shared a sweet kiss for the camera.

Fox News correspondent Rick also documented the event, posting a photo of the two to his Instagram. The couple were both masked-up in the shot as Kelly displayed the license for the camera.

“License in hand!” Rick exclaimed in the caption. “Thank you my love for making me so happy… Here we come.”

RHOC fans can save the date for October 10, 2020, as the couple will walk down the aisle at a vineyard in Napa Valley, an insider source reported to E! on September 22.

“It will be a very intimate wedding,” the insider shared, adding that Kelly’s 14-year-old daughter, Jolie, as well as Rick’s two children will participate in the ceremony.

“Kelly wants the day to be very elegant and chic,” the source went on. “She had a wedding dress custom made a few months ago, and all the details of the weekend are just now being finalized.”

Kelly and Rick got engaged in November 2019, and since spent time together at his residence in New York City and her place in California. Rick recently listed his Manhattan apartment to be with Kelly full-time on the West Coast as they prepared for married life together.

“That apartment has brought us both tons of luck,” Kelly told PEOPLE at the time. “It’s light and bright, we grilled and relaxed and enjoyed it so much… but his future is here with me in California and we’re both so excited for his move, which we hope will happen very soon.”
