Kristen Doute Suggests ‘Sexism’ is the Reason Jax Taylor Got to Keep His Job on Vanderpump Rules

Kristen Doute believes Bravo has a double standard for its talent.

On Instagram after a fan pointed out that Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor has made a number of questionable decisions but seemingly faced no consequences, Kristen, who was cut from the cast in June, slammed the network for exhibiting “sexism” before appearing to agree that Jax’s bad behavior has been “ignored.”

After sharing a photo of herself with Lala Kent at Lala’s gender reveal party over the weekend, Kristen was confronted by a fan who wanted to know why Jax has been held to a different standard.

“What’s with this double standard where Jax’s consistent and remorseless behavior is ignored and everyone holds grudges towards Kristen for doing less years ago? It’s like a f*cking cult,” the fan wrote.

“SEXISM,” Kristen replied.

After seeing what Kristen wrote, a number of her online followers weighed in.

“Agree! How was he not fired???” one person wondered.

“Kristen was fired for cussing out a manager but Jax went into a rage and cussed out the entire staff including [Lisa Vanderpump] and he wasn’t even suspended,” another fan pointed out.

“He actively enjoys hurting people and has never shown true remorse that wasn’t prompted or to save himself,” wrote a third.

Fans React to Kristen Doute's Sexism Claims Against Bravo

As Pump Rules fans well know, Kristen and Stassi Schroeder, along with Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni, were axed from their positions on the show months ago after being accused of racism. Meanwhile, Jax, who took aim at the nose of 90 Day Fiancé cast member Jay Smith, a Black man, and was slammed as a “racist” by his estranged wife, Ashley Martson, remained on the show.

“Did y’all see bravo fired four cast members? Well [Bravo] don’t leave out old Jax Taylor who harassed us when our show first aired. Education is key,” Ashley wrote on Instagram at the time, noting that Jax had told her, “Your [man’s] nose is the size of his head…”

Jax was also accused of being transphobic by former Pump Rules cast member Billie Lee.

“[Bravo] what about Jax Taylor?” she asked when Kristen and the other stars were released from their contracts. “He refused to film with me because I was trans and called him out on his white cis privilege. Stop celebrating his disgusting actions.”

There is still no word yet on a ninth season of Vanderpump Rules.
