Erika Jayne’s Husband Thomas Girardi Faces Yet Another Lawsuit For $800K Just Weeks After Accusations of Sham Divorce

Erika Jayne‘s estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, is facing yet another new lawsuit, this time for nearly $1 million dollars.

Amid the 81-year-old attorney’s messy split from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, 49, he and his law firm, Girardi Keese, are being sued by Wells Fargo Vendor Financial Services for allegedly breaching a written agreement and conversion.

In court documents filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by The Blast, it was noted that Wells Fargo had entered into an agreement with Thomas and his law firm in which they agreed to finance the lease of several pieces of office equipment.

According to the report, Thomas quit making monthly payments to Wells Fargo in July and August after signing five different agreements with the finance company.

The past due amount, which totals $882,715.51, includes fees for the rental, maintenance on the equipment, taxes, overages, late fees, and an option to purchase, as well as a 10 percent interest rate per year, starting this past July.

The report went on to explain that because of the terms of the lease agreement between Thomas, his firm, and Wells Fargo, the company is legally able to seize the equipment, which is being held at Thomas’ offices in Los Angeles and San Bernardino, due to non-payment.

As RHOBH fans may have heard, Thomas is also facing a lawsuit from Edelson PC after he and Erika allegedly embezzled money from plane crash victims’ families to support their pricey lifestyles.

“Tom has resorted to embezzling the proceeds of settlements that should have been directed to his clients—including, as the basis for this Complaint, the widows and orphans who lost loved ones in the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610—in order to continue funding his and Erika’s lavish Beverly Hills lifestyles,” their lawsuit, filed last month, read.

The lawsuit also suggested that Erika only filed for divorce from Thomas in an effort to protect their finances.

“While Erika publicly filed for divorce this month, on information and belief, that ‘divorce’ is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK,” the case continued.

Erika and Thomas got married in January 1999 and share no children with one another.

In addition to the cheating rumors they both faced after calling it quits, Erika and Thomas have also been feuding over their finances as she attempts to gain spousal support from him and he attempts to have her pay his attorney fees.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return to Bravo for season 11 sometime next year.
