Home » Dorit Kemsley and PK Take $7.9 Million Encino Home Off the Market After Slashing $1.6 Million From Price
Dorit Kemsley and her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, planned to move out of their home in Encino, California, and into a larger place where they would have more space to work. Unfortunately, though, that plan hasn’t played out in the way they had hoped.
After slicing $1.6 million off the home’s initial asking price of $9.5 million, which was $3 million more than they paid for the property in 2019, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple has pulled the $7.9 million home off the market “for the time being” as they face hardships in finding a dream home for their family, including son Jagger, 6, and daughter Phoenix, 4.
“[Dorit and PK are] struggling to find the perfect home,” a source told The Sun on December 1.
The RHOBH stars listed their nearly 9,000-square-foot home in September with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member David Parnes.
“They are still wanting to sell but haven’t found the right property to move into, things are a bit up in the air and they need time to decide what they’re doing,” the insider explained. “They don’t just want to rush into somewhere and it’s difficult at the minute during the pandemic, but they’re ready for a fresh start and to find their forever home.”
Dorit and PK’s current home has a ton of luxurious features, including a backyard pool, a basketball court, and a home theater. It also boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a stunning chef’s kitchen, which Dorit once described as her “favorite room in the house.”
News of Dorit and PK’s decision to pull their home off the market comes just months after Dorit settled a lawsuit with her former business partner over her swimwear line, Beverly Beach, and also after PK settled his own suit with the Bellagio Hotel and Casino, who he previously owed $1.7 million.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast will return to Bravo next year for season 11.
